Our Aim
Young pathways provides safe, supportive semi‑independent accommodation for young people aged 16–18, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum‑seeking children (UASC).
Our focus is on creating stable environments where young people can develop practical skills, build confidence and prepare for independent living.
Who we support
We work with young people who may be facing a range of challenges, including:
- Leaving care and transitioning into adulthood
- Adjusting to life in the UK as unaccompanied asylum‑seeking children
- Limited family support or disrupted home environments
- The need for structured guidance and consistent support
Each young person receives a tailored support plan designed around their individual needs, strengths and aspirations
